At Signet Environmental, we are more than just a collection of individually qualified inspectors and remediation specialists. We are a “Band of Brothers” as it were that work together, play together, and collaborate together to be the best we can be. To become a great inspector or remediation specialist requires a “spirit of exploration”. Discovering the as of yet undiscovered, and making the previously unknown, known. We are continually striving to this end in both work and play and it is what defines us and separates us from the pack.

Kevin Minto, IAC2, NRPP, CCPI, CPI -ext 101

Kevin, President and founder of Signet Environmental brings a wealth of mold & radon testing and construction experience to the table. He entered the construction field upon leaving Air Force active duty with his first construction experience in Washington State working on a framing crew building apartment complexes. After moving to California he worked for a time building barns and large indoor riding arenas before joining a company specializing in residential remodels and room additions. Other positions and experience include; Northern California roof repair specialist for a major home improvement company, foreman for a Bay Area underground construction company responsible for the installation of major residential and commercial development water and sewer infrastructure, and owner/builder on the historic 1860’s Johnston & Co. commercial building remodel on Mill St in Grass Valley.

Kevin is an armed forces veteran that proudly served in the United States Air Force as an Aircraft Crash Rescue Firefighter and received numerous commendations and an honorable discharge upon leaving active duty.

Kevin is a certified Master Diver and worked as a commercial diver in Alaska, operated a commercial printing company in the Bay Area, and published a lifestyle magazine in the Sierra Foothills. He enjoys playing music, scuba diving, cycling, backpacking, mountaineering, rock climbing (with a Yosemite first ascent to his credit), and the continued exploration of the great outdoors.

Kevin is an IAC2 Certified Indoor Air Quality Consultant, National Radon Proficiency Program Certified Radon Measurement Professional, InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector, and a CCPIA Certified Commercial Property Inspector, with a commitment to continuing education in all areas of expertise. Specialty areas include:

Daniel DelTessandoro, CPI

Daniel brings a wealth of experience in building structure knowledge gained from working with his father building houses. In his spare time, Daniel loves working on cars.

Daniel is an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector with a commitment to continuing education. Specialty areas include:

Katherine Christie, Office Manager -ext 103

Katherine is our part-time Office Manager working mostly behind the scenes but answering the phones when the staff is out of the office or in the field. She has a great attention to detail and has worked in customer service for over 20 years, which makes her a great addition to our team of professionals.
